New Mexico quarterback Sheriron Jones has been suspended indefinitely, head coach Bob Davie announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Davie would not give any details on the suspension, but he did said it had nothing to do with his performance last weekend, a 10-23 loss to the Wyoming Cowboys.
Later in the week, it was reported that Jones is facing charges of indecent exposure: https://www.koat.com/article/lobos-starting-qb-accused-of-exposing-self-masturbating-in-unm-parking-structure/29565771
