Junior college transfer Saquan Singleton announced his commitment to the University of New Mexico on Monday afternoon. He chose the Lobos over Kansas State, TCU, Pacific and Alabama (which was considered the favorite at some point).
The day of his announcement, April 6, was also his birthday.
