The University of New Mexico men’s basketball team got its second commit from the class of 2021 when Nestor Dyachok made his announcement on Tuesday morning.
The 6’8 forward, originally from Russia, has experience playing in Europe, but is currently at Bishop Walsh High School in Cumberland, MD. Dyachock got an offer from the Lobos in September, which he said had been his first official offer.
“Big Great Program with good coaches that are known by my HS coach, so I already know I can trust them,” Dyachok said when asked what he liked about the Lobos. “And the warmth and the energy of people.”
